Expression of Interest programme applications for Bristol Harbour Festival 2024 are now open!
Application Deadlines: Wednesday 17th January 2024
If you are an individual, group or organisation wishing to participate in the festival, or if you have a ready-made act/activity or a brand new idea that meets the festival’s mission and aims, we would love to hear from you!
We encourage applications from underrepresented groups or groups that haven't been involved in the festival before. If you have any questions about the application process, please email: harbourfestival@proudevents.co.uk.
If you are an individual, group or organisation wishing to participate in the festival, please complete the suitable Expression of Interest form below. If you have a ready-made act/activity or a brand new idea that meets the festival’s mission and aims, we would love to hear from you! We will prioritise local talent, but applications are open to all. We particularly welcome applications from applicants that identify as being at risk of exclusion or from communities that are currently underrepresented at the festival.

Family Area - activities and performance for families with children 17 and under.
On The Water - activities to take place on the water within the harbour.
Talk Tent - a talks/workshop programme where we share skills, learning and joy. From local community/ charity work and harbour history to mental health, climate change and authors discussing their books, we are open to all ideas that showcase Bristol's communities.
Weird & Wonderful - any other ideas that don’t quite fit the other applications.
