This year, to make the application process even easier, we will be taking applications through the fantastic Sail Bristol app. If you haven’t already downloaded the app then please do so, it is free to use and holds lots of useful information about the Harbour, as well as being a quick and easy way for us to send notifications to boaters and for you to book a visit or a bridge swing.
If you would like to bring your boat to this year’s Bristol Harbour Festival, here’s everything you need to know about the Harbour Festival Berth Application process for 2023.
Phase 1
Clubs will be issued with their PINs on Friday 28th April and can apply from Saturday 29th April.
Club Members who wish to attend the festival should apply and make payment individually by April 30th to secure their spot. (Payments are non-refundable.)
Applications must be made through the Sail Bristol app and the Harbour Office will not accept applications or payments.
Phase 2
On Monday 15th May 2023, applications will be open to everyone on the Sail Bristol app and allocations will be made on a first come first serve basis, depending on the vessel type. The entry fee for 2023 is £50 and once the allocation is full, the application process will close. On application, you will be asked to make payment and you will then receive a confirmation email. (Payments are non-refundable.)
Collection of Harbour Festival Packs
From Thursday 13th July 2023, attendees will be able to collect their Harbour Festival documents and wristbands from the Harbour Office. (These will not be available before this date.)
On Friday 14th July 2023, the Harbour Office will be open for vessels that have not pre-booked. These vessels will be offered any unallocated berths on a first come first serve basis.
